Not sure what support fits? Start here

Write a service page that answers the decision

A service page is a decision aid. It should help a reader decide whether to ask a question, apply, choose another option, or leave. Beautiful language matters, but useful specifics reduce uncertainty.

Answer the buyer’s questions in order

Describe the situation the service is for and the change it is designed to support. Explain your process, deliverables, timeline, client responsibilities, communication boundaries, and exclusions. Show investment or explain how it is determined before asking for sensitive application details.

Help people self-select

Be clear about fit and not-fit. Describe what happens after application, when a response arrives, and whether a conversation is an obligation to buy. Add practical FAQs about payment, rescheduling, refunds, accessibility, and confidentiality based on your real policies.

Use proof responsibly

Use verified qualifications and permissioned client evidence. If a story is illustrative, label it plainly. Avoid guarantees outside your control.

Finally, make one primary call to action easy to find and repeat it after meaningful sections. Test it on a phone and with keyboard navigation. This demonstration’s Strategy Intensive page models the structure; replace sample terms with reviewed policies.
