What if my question needs more than 90 minutes?

We will identify that before payment. I will recommend a better-fitting option or a referral; the intensive will not be stretched into unplanned scope.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

One reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice is included. Cancellations more than seven days ahead are refunded less any disclosed payment-processing fee; cancellations within seven days are non-refundable unless required by law. Replace this demonstration policy with reviewed terms for your jurisdiction before launch.

Is a particular result guaranteed?

No. You receive the agreed strategic process and materials, not a guaranteed revenue, client, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors beyond a coaching session.

How do I pay?

After mutual fit is confirmed, you receive a secure invoice with the amount, due date, and accepted methods. Do not send payment details by email.
