A review is useful when it changes what happens next. At the end of a quarter, resist the temptation to measure every number available. Begin with the questions the business needs answered.
Review four kinds of evidence
Demand: where did qualified inquiries come from, and what did they ask? Conversion: how many conversations were appropriate, and where did people hesitate? Delivery: what work created value, consumed capacity, or expanded beyond scope? Sustainability: was the pace workable for the founder and team?
Separate signals from explanations
A handful of inquiries is not enough to declare a channel successful or failed. Note sample size, timing, and missing context. Ask what you can verify and what is still a hypothesis.
Choose one next experiment
State the observation, the change to test, the owner, the duration, and the signal that would justify keeping or stopping it. Avoid changing offer, pricing, channel, and messaging simultaneously; then you will not know what you learned.
Capture the decision and schedule a review date. The included 90-Day Demand Planner keeps the experiment visible without turning the quarter into a reporting project.
