PRIVATE COACHING · AUTHORITY TO DEMAND

Turn what you know into a business buyers can understand, trust, and choose.

A six-month private advisory for established women consultants, coaches, and expert-led founders who have strong work but a fragmented way of positioning, packaging, proving, and selling it.

Investment: $6,000 USD for six months, or six monthly payments of $1,050 (total $6,300). Applicable taxes, payment dates, and the complete scope are confirmed in your written agreement before work begins.

We build the operating logic and assets with you. You make the final decisions and implement them with your team or existing tools; this is advisory, not an agency or done-for-you service.

THE PATTERN

Your expertise is not the problem. The business around it has become difficult to read.

The message has widened. The offer keeps changing. Referrals are unpredictable. Marketing starts over every few months. Each piece is being treated as a separate problem.

Authority to Demand treats those choices as one connected system. We use what clients already value, what the business can sustainably deliver, and what a buyer needs to decide—not a borrowed funnel or promise of overnight growth.

THE SIX-MONTH WORK

Five decisions, built in a usable order.

Clear strategy, thoughtful support, and sustainable momentum.

  1. Position: choose the specific buyer, urgent context, and point of view you can credibly own.
  2. Package: make one signature offer clear in promise, scope, method, timeline, and economics.
  3. Prove: collect client evidence ethically and make the decision feel lower-risk without inflated claims.
  4. Path: connect useful content and a simple lead resource to a respectful application and sales conversation.
  5. Pace: set a delivery and marketing rhythm that fits real capacity and protects client quality.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

A working advisory relationship, not a folder of advice.

Clear strategy, thoughtful support, and sustainable momentum.

  • Six 75-minute private advisory sessions, usually every 3–4 weeks
  • One 30-minute implementation check-in between sessions each month
  • Positioning brief, signature offer map, proof plan, and 90-day demand calendar
  • Session notes and decision log delivered within two business days
  • Asynchronous voice-note or email questions, response within two business days, weekdays
  • Six-month access to the shared working space and all agreed templates

Client capacity: no more than four active advisory clients at a time. State your actual capacity and booking availability before opening applications.

WHO THIS SERVES

For the expert with proof of good work—and readiness to change how it is sold.

Clear strategy, thoughtful support, and sustainable momentum.

Likely a fit: you have paying clients or meaningful market evidence, a skill you want to be known for, decision-making authority, and 2–3 hours per week to implement.

Not a fit: pre-revenue idea validation, crisis support, guaranteed income, done-for-you content or lead generation, medical/mental-health treatment, or a need to outsource all business decisions.

We begin by understanding the actual business. If the work is not appropriate, the application is declined or a more suitable resource is suggested.

INVESTMENT & TERMS

Know the scope before you say yes.

Clear strategy, thoughtful support, and sustainable momentum.

The $6,000 demonstration investment is payable in full or in six monthly instalments of $1,050 (total $6,300). The first payment is due before onboarding. Any applicable tax is disclosed at checkout or invoice.

A signed agreement defines the scope, confidentiality, data handling, client responsibilities, communication hours, pause/termination terms, intellectual-property rights, and dispute process. Either party may end future work with 30 days’ written notice; fees already paid cover delivered work and committed capacity. Any unearned prepaid amount is handled according to the signed agreement and applicable law.

There is no performance guarantee. The client owns business decisions, implementation, and outcomes. The coach is not providing legal, tax, investment, or mental-health advice. These sample terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review before use.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few important details.

Clear strategy, thoughtful support, and sustainable momentum.

How do we measure progress?

We agree on leading indicators tied to the work, such as clearer qualified inquiries, offer conversion, delivery capacity, or completion of a decision milestone. Revenue is affected by many factors; we do not promise a specific financial result.

What if I miss a session?

One reschedule per quarter is included with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations count as the session unless an emergency or applicable law requires otherwise. Missed sessions do not extend the term automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Terms are defined in the signed agreement. Undelivered prepaid services are handled according to that agreement and applicable consumer law; completed sessions and delivered work are not represented as refundable. Have your actual policy reviewed and publish it before accepting payment.

What happens after I apply?

Applications receive a personal response within two business days. If it seems useful, we schedule a 25-minute fit conversation, confirm scope and price in writing, and send an agreement. There is no obligation to proceed.
